Extreme Network Services is a set aimed at improving the experience of using vendor solutions.

You get round-the-clock technical support from the Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC), access to operating software updates and upgrades, and help with critical incident resolution to ensure that your network is back up and running quickly. 

  • WHAT DO YOU GET?

You will be able to minimize downtime and resolve technical issues quickly. You always have access to Extreme Networks engineers to help diagnose and resolve issues. In addition, Extreme Network Services provide access to a support portal where you can download the latest software updates, monitor the status of your registered equipment, and enjoy all the benefits of your service contract. 

SERVICES EXTREME NETWORKS OFFERS 

  • Technical support for GTAC


    Round-the-clock telephone support for diagnosing defects and failures in Extreme Networks hardware or software. GTAC specialists will help you quickly identify and resolve the problem in accordance with the official documentation for products under warranty.

  • Accelerated elimination of critical faults 


    GTAC responds promptly to customer requests in the event of critical incidents or poor service quality. If the standard support is not enough, you can initiate a request for an accelerated resolution. 

  • Updating and modernizing operating software (OS) 


    Access to new versions and updates of the firmware that powers your Extreme Networks equipment. Updates can be downloaded from the support portal after you register your product if it is covered by a service contract. Use of updates is subject to the terms of the ExtremeWorks Support Program and license agreement. 

  • Support for application software products (optional) 


    Support and subscriptions for application software updates are ordered separately. It includes access to major and minor software releases according to the current Extreme Networks price list. 

  • Access the Extreme Networks support web portal 


    Customers get access to a personalized portal where they can: ● View the status of known hardware and software issues  ● Read technical documentation  ● Register support service requests ● Check the status of open return requests (RMA)
